Proposals comprise a new corner extension to provide an enlarged kitchen, a new dining room and additional sanitary facilities.
The building sits within Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park. Given this setting and the character of the existing, traditional building, great care has been taken, in close consultation with local authorities, to ensure that the extension proposals will compliment the main house and its surroundings.
The proposals include for a heavily insulated construction and full height, South facing, glazed openings to improve the thermal performace of the house.
